Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with FreeGmail Premium. If something goes wrong and we can't fix it, you can get your money back.
When you can get a refund
- Unresolved service problem: the paid feature doesn't work as described, you reported it to support, and we couldn't fix it within 72 hours.
- Plan never activated: you paid, but your plan was not activated and we can't activate it.
- Duplicate or over-payment: you were charged twice for the same plan, or sent more than the price.
Time limit
Request a refund within 7 days of payment, or within 7 days of reporting an issue we couldn't solve.
Full or partial refund
If the problem started right after purchase, we refund the full amount. If you used the plan without problems for part of the period, we may refund the unused part instead.
When refunds are not given
- You changed your mind after using the plan normally.
- A third-party website blocked or rejected an address — we don't control other sites' rules.
- The account was used in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms.
- Funds were sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address and can't be recovered.
How to request a refund
Contact support through the in-app chat or the contact page with your account email, the transaction hash and a short description of the issue. We reply within 72 hours.
How refunds are paid
Crypto payments are refunded in USDT to a wallet address you give us, on the same network you paid with, usually within 5 business days after approval. Network fees may be deducted.
